Universitas Indonesia (disingkat UI) merupakan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Kampus utama Universitas Indonesia (UI) terletak di bagian Utara dari Depok, Jawa Barat tepat di perbatasan antara Depok dengan wilayah Jakarta Selatan, sementara kampus utama yang lainnya terdapat di Salemba, Jakarta Pusat.

UI merupakan institusi pendidikan tinggi tertua di Indonesia. Beberapa perguruan tinggi negeri terkemuka di Indonesia seperti Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Airlangga, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), dan Politeknik Negeri Jakarta pada awalnya merupakan salah satu bagian dari UI sampai kemudian memisahkan diri menjadi institusi tersendiri. UI juga merupakan salah satu dari tiga perguruan tinggi terbaik di Indonesia bersama dengan Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) dan Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) sehingga sangat diburu oleh banyak calon mahasiswa dan mahasiswi.

Cikal-bakal terbentuknya Universitas Indonesia yaitu ketika pemerintah kolonial Belanda mendirikan sebuah sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan asisten dokter tambahan yang memegang sertifikat untuk melakukan perawatan-perawatan tingkat dasar serta mendapatkan gelar Dokter Jawa (Javanese doctor). Secara resmi, Universitas Indonesia (UI) memulai kegiatannya pada 2 Februari 1950 dengan presiden (saat ini disebut rektor) pertamanya Ir. R.M. Pandji Soerachman Tjokroadisoerio. Begitulah pada akhirnya tanggal tersebut dijadikan hari kelahiran Universitas Indonesia.

Universitas Indonesia (UI) sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang berlokasi di Jakarta untuk lulusan S2 dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. Head of Klinik Makara

Requirements

  1. Have at least a Master's degree in a health-related field, such as Medicine or Dentistry
  2. Have experience leading a health service unit.
  3. Have relevant professional certification in accordance with the health sector (for example, Doctor Expertise Certificate for those with a medical background).
  4. Good administrative and management skills.
  5. Have the ability to design and implement quality and innovative health service programs.
  6. Have an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health Service Leadership: Lead the clinic with a focus on quality health care delivery, ensuring all services meet the needs of the university community.
  • Program Development: Design and implement innovative health service programs that enhance patient care and wellness.
  • Administrative and Operational Management: Oversee the administrative functions of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with health regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of health care through continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Community Engagement: Promote health initiatives within the university, fostering an entrepreneurial approach to health care delivery.

2. Head of Dormitory

Requirements:

  1. Have at least a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Psychology, Education, or other related fields.
  2. Have work experience in a managerial field.
  3. Have the ability to lead and manage well.
  4. Have good communication skills.
  5. Have good administrative and financial skills.
  6. Have the ability to design and manage activities that support personal development and social activities for boarders.
  7. Have an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

  • Dormitory Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dormitory, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for all residents.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the dormitory staff, ensuring efficient management and high service standards.
  • Program Development: Design and manage activities that promote personal development, academic success, and social interaction among boarders.
  • Communication and Community Building: Facilitate effective communication between residents, staff, and the university administration to resolve issues and promote a positive community.
  • Administrative and Financial Oversight: Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the dormitory, including budgeting, maintenance, and policy implementation.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Introduce innovative practices and initiatives to continuously improve dormitory life and services.

3. Head of Library

Requirements

  1. Have at least a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Library Management, Information Management, or other related field.
  2. Work experience in a library, especially in a managerial or leadership position.
  3. Ability to lead a team and manage staff well.
  4. Skills in planning and developing library services that support academic and research needs.
  5. Have a library competency certificate from an accredited certification body.
  6. Knowledge of higher education management.
  7. Have strategic, managerial, and technical competence.
  8. Have an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities 

  • Library Management and Leadership:
    Lead and manage library staff effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    - Oversee the strategic planning and development of library services to align with academic and research objectives of UI.
  • Service Development and Enhancement: Plan and develop innovative library services that cater to the evolving needs of students, faculty, and researchers.
  • Facility Management:
    Manage library facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and upgrades, to create an optimal environment for study, research, and collaboration.
    - Ensure the safety, accessibility, and functionality of all library spaces.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that library operations comply with higher education standards and best practices in library management.
  • Strategic and Operational Management: Implement strategic, managerial, and technical initiatives to enhance library functionality and user experience.
  • Promotion and Outreach: Promote library resources and services, fostering an entrepreneurial approach to engage the university community.
