1. MT Research and Development

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  2. Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience
  3. Having a passion for FMCG especially the beauty or cosmetics industry
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills- Ability to seize the opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing Product Formulation from concept to execution as the next generation of products
  • Elevate existing products by relentlessly pursuing enhancement and optimization
  • Prepare for triumph with meticulous planning and execution as you orchestrate the seamless launch of new products
  • Dive deep into problem investigations related to formulas, uncovering insights and implementing solutions with precision
  • With Product Innovation and Development (PID) team by providing expert support in preparing sample requests
  • Document Excellence

2. MT Product Innovation and Development

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) in all major
  2. Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience (preferably have junior experience at a start-up/beauty company)
  3. Having a passion for FMCG, especially beauty or wellness lifestyle?
  4. Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth?
  5. Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project management throughout all stages of product development, from idea generation to concept creation and formulation design.
  • Regularly update and evaluate products and designs to enhance the portfolio.
  • Crafting compelling product narratives based on formulation design and concept.
  • Ensuring product quality aligns with high standards.
  • Conducting brainstorming sessions for product ideas and concepts.
  • Developing product concepts, positioning, claims, pricing, recommended placement channels, and market ambitions.
  • Determining the formulation, packaging, and product design using New Product Development (NPD) concepts.
  • Crafting engaging product stories to resonate with target audiences.

3. MT Commercial

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) in all major
  2. Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
  3. Having a passion for FMCG, especially the beauty or cosmetics industry
  4. Seize opportunities, possess courage, and share purposes.
  5. Strong in numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking
  6. Ability to build solid relationships and collaboration both internally and with external partners (Good communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, etc.)
  7. Proactive and problem-solving oriented
  8. Willing to work out of town/province/throughout Indonesia

Main Responsibilities

  • Decoding consumers & market trends and messages of the brands delivered bmaray the Marketing Team and translating them into real actions strategies on the field.
  • Being a business partner for our customers (retailers) to grow through business data analysis, conduct business reviews, make relevant collaboration initiatives, improve retail performance in-store level, etc.
  • Collaborate with Parama Team to ensure that our products are accessible by our consumers through coverage/distribution expansion to potential customers.

4. MT Supply Chain Management

Qualifications

  1. Conduct supplier sourcing globally, including supplier selection, evaluation, and audit process
  2. Establish strong relationship and collaborate with suppliers
  3. Coordinate and working closely with product development team to align the material requirements
  4. Planning strategies for sourcing
  5. Ensure materials meet industry-specific regulations and standards
  6. Source initiatively for packaging items that meet brand specification and brand image

Main Responsibilities

  • Open for fresh graduate and experienced that is familiar in related fields
  • Familiar with sourcing and procurement process
  • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with the latest sourcing technologies

5. MT Marketing

Qualifications

  1. Miimimum Bachelor (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates or professional having 1-2 years experience
  3. Having a passion in FMCG especially beauty or cosmetics industry
  4. Strong passion in Marketing and Digital Marketing
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and Execute brand plans flawlessly, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Learn to seek opportunities and gain insights using Consumer Market Intelligence (CMI).
  • Translate brand plans into detailed action.
  • Collaborate with Digital Transformation, Media, and PR teams for seamless brand planning and campaign execution.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing Management (CMM) and Market Development for brand activation at area and channel levels.
  • Contribute to ideation for existing products and new product development with Brand Development

6. MT Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1), major in Accounting, Economics, and Management
  2. Having 1-2 years of experience
  3. Having a passion in FMCG especially beauty or cosmetics industry.
  4. Understanding of overall key finance business processes combined withstrong business acumen
  5. Strong analytic, interpersonal skills and influence stakeholders at any level
  6. Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective succes

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing Finance Business Partnering to respective Directorates by translating data into insights into action
  • Ensure basic finance process/operation and basic accounting controls are in place in all Directorates’ processes
  • Ensure operation & control in place related to financial accounting services to the Company and, in particular, to the respective Directorate
  • Controlling the utilization of the company’s financial resources in accordance with existing business processes and supporting company dynamics while maintaining prudence and compliance

7. MT Human Resources and Corporate Affairs

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) in all Engineering, Management, Communication, Psychology.
  2. Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience
  3. Ability to foster positive relationships between employees, teams, and management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. MT Logistic and Distribution

Qualifications

  1. Minimum S1 in all majors
  2. Have good negotiation skills
  3. Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
  4. Interest with warehouse and logistic management
  5. Detail oriented

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing warehouse and distribution network strategic and efficiently according to business policies and expansion
  • Manage inventory control, fleet management and reconciliation
  • Responsible for the order-to-cash process and operational excellence
  • Maximize productivity, managing resource & operation cost efficiently

9. MT Business Acceleration and Opportunity Development

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information System, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in data engineering, with exposure to ETL processes, data warehousing, or database management.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages: Python and SQL
  4. Experience with application orchestration Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  5. Experience with API integration techniques and tools for data extraction, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
  6. Have basic understanding and familiar with data pipeline, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  7. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform for deploying and managing data pipelines, and Snowflake, Google BigQuery for data warehouse.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  10. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data transformation processes to cleanse, transform, and aggregate data within the data warehouse.
  • Optimize and streamline data workflows to ensure efficient data processing and storage in the data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement appropriate data transformations.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse schemas, tables, and views to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Implement data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Monitor data warehouse performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and efficiency.
