PT Nestle Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Batang & Bandar Lampung untuk lulusan minimal S1 dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. National Key Account Manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree from any major
2. More than 3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
3. Leads Customer Key Account Team.
4. Understands all sales functions i.e. CDT, Customer, Field
5. Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
6. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
7. Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Job Description

• Define and develop strategies and plans for the customer in line with business requirements and customers vision.
• Lead and Execute development of customer relationship including joint business planning,  top and middle  customer engagement.
• Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
• Ensure complete support and collaboration with Commercial Development Team (CDT), Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Regional Sales Key Account  to ensure alignment of Category, Channel and Regional sales plans, including alignment on Investment.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations
• Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CDT, Regional Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives.
• Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports based on individual Personal Development Goals.

2. Electrical & Automation Engineer (Batang)

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years in similar role, with area expertise Automation & Electrical Engineer field
3. Having strong leadership skill and people management, experienced to lead technical team and contractors would be advantage
4. Has exposure in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) 
5. Having ability of Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
6. Having exposure to Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning and/or maintenance execution desired but not required
7. Location: Batang, Central Java

3. Electrical & Automation Engineer (Bandar Lampung)

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role with expertise in Automation & Electrical Engineering.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading technical teams and contractors being an advantage.
4. Technical Expertise: Experience in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines.
5. Self-Management: Ability to manage yourself effectively, following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactively tracking them.
6. Maintenance Knowledge: Exposure to Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and/or maintenance execution is desired but not required.
7. Location: Panjang, Bandar Lampung

4. First Line Manager

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in engineering background
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a functional role in the food industry.
3. Demonstrated leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment.
4. Experience in managing and engaging/motivating people.
5. Good attitude to work and ability to interact with people.
6. Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance.
7. Strong soft skills, including communication, coaching, and developing others.
8. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
9. Willing to be place in Bandaraya Factory, Central Java with shift rotation working arrangement

5. Factory Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor from technical or engineering background 
2. Having minimum experience 5 years in material planning and warehouse
3. Expertise in production and material planning
4. Expertise in warehouse, material handling and transportation management
5. Having good Leadership Skills
6. Having strong understanding of SAP (MPS, MRP, material handling, inventory and others), Good Warehouse Practice and Export Import
7. Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Job Description

• Monitor Daily & weekly production planning and achievement
• Close collaboration with other dept. to ensure smooth operation to achieve production program
• Secure & manage stock of Raw & pack Material at optimum cover
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control
• Ensure compliance in warehouse operation
• Collaborates in establishing budgets and costs estimates affecting warehousing and transport and control the expenditure
• Ensure stock freshness and minimize right off material
