Perusahaan ini pertama kali didirikan pada tahun 2010 dengan fokus pada layanan kurir dan ojek, sebelum meluncurkan aplikasinya pada bulan Januari 2015 di Indonesia. Sejak saat itu, Gojek telah berkembang pesat menjadi platform on-demand paling terkemuka di Indonesia, dengan operasi tambahan di Vietnam dan Singapura. Platform Gojek sekarang terdiri dari lebih dari 3,1 juta mitra pengemudi di seluruh wilayah. Gojek merupakan bagian dari GoTo Group (gabungan dari Gojek & Tokopedia), ekosistem digital terbesar di Indonesia, yang terdiri dari Gojek dan GoTo Financial.

PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk mengisi posisi People Business Partner yang berlokasi di Jakarta untuk lulusan S1 dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
1. People Business Partner
Qualifications
- At least 10-15 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations
- Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting
- Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions
- Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred
- Strong ability to generate innovative HR solutions that are suitable and appropriate for GoTo
- Comfortable challenging the status quo; a self-starter attitude with the ability to embrace new opportunities and always sees things through to completion
- Strong analytical thinking skills in order to analyze people’s data and trends in the GoTo ecosystem
- Ability to work at a quick pace whilst maintaining appropriate attention to detail and ethical standards
Job Descriptions
- Develop effective ongoing relationships with senior leaders, establishing yourself as a credible, trusted, respected, and valued thought partner
- Drive the people agenda within the leadership teams you partner with
- Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)
- Provide leaders with advice and guidance around their organizational structure to optimize for business objectives in a highly matrixed and dynamic commercial environment
- Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders
- Be an active contributor in People Business Partner team meetings, and challenge ideas and ‘the status quo’ while offering up solutions based on your experience working in similar fast-paced environments
- Drive global projects through to completion, engaging with L7+ leaders where necessary to achieve relevant outcomes
- Challenge existing people-related practices if you believe there are better ways of doing things and inspire others to do the same
- Conduct 1x1s with team members - hold development discussions, provide meaningful redirection, and reinforce feedback in a psychologically safe and supportive manner
