PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk merupakan anak usaha Adaro Energy yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batu bara. Hingga akhir tahun 2021, perusahaan ini menguasai lima konsesi tambang batu bara dengan total luas 146.579 hektar di Kalimantan Tengah dan Kalimantan Timur.
PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang berlokasi di Jakarta untuk lulusan minimal D3 hingga S1 dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
1. Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirement
- Minimum D3 graduate majoring in Accounting.
- Min. 2 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting Supervisor preferably in industrial plant/smelter/power plant construction projects.
- Good competencies in end to end Finance and Accounting flow.
- Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Head Office.
Job Description
- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers in accordance with procedures.
- Compile and submit accurate tax data to the Tax section.
- Record asset information and depreciation periodically.
- Input transaction journals accurately.
- Reconcile bank and tax accounts, and make adjustment journals during monthly closing for accurate financial reporting.
2. Export Import Department Head
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred from Top University
- Minimum 8 years experiences in general and 4 years experiences in managerial roles with a proven track record of success in a leadership role in the area of Supply Chain Management in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements on handling Masterlist, PIBB, PPJK, Custom Clearance.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in handling National Vital Objects (Obvitnas)
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Head Office
3. Tax Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Taxation or Fiscal Administration.
- Certified with Brevet Pajak B is a must.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Tax Department Head.
- Experience with handling Tax Holiday.
- Experienced in Public Accounting Firm or Power Plant/ Smelter/ Mining Industry will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta Head Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure day-to-day tax operation activities in accordance with tax laws and regulation
- Supervise tax team and ensure the tax compliances are carried out in appropriate and timely manners, including but not limited to: (a) ensure monthly and annual tax payments and filing to tax authorities are correct and within due dates, (b) ensure all business transactions are comply with applicable tax laws and regulations (e.g. VAT, withholding tax, import duty, tax treaty, etc)
- Ensure and manage the tax audits and tax litigations in order to minimize the tax assessment amount
- Liaise with local tax authorities (including manage communication/correspondence with tax offices) and coordinate tax audits.
- Supervise and ensure tax account reconciliations are properly prepared and the tax balances are well supported with working papers
- People management : manage small group of tax department within the project
- Tax saving and continuous improvement : identify tax saving opportunity by implementing proper tax planning, work closely with project team and contract team to mitigate any tax risks within the project.
- Review new tax regulations in order to identify any risks/potential impact to the Company's business and provide suggestion to ensure the Company's business can run smoothly.
- Any other ad-hoc request related to taxation matters.
4. Import And Custom Clearance Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import coordination, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a project-based or large-scale operation for minimal 3 years.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import permits, tariff codes (HS codes), and international shipping documents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external logistics providers.
- Experience working with the Customs and PPJK for clearance procedures.
- Ability to manage complex logistics operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Review Shipping Documents: Verify importation documents (CIPL, BL, Form E, COO, insurance, etc.) for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate Customs Clearance: Work with logistics, warehouse teams, and forwarders to ensure timely customs clearance and cargo release.
- Permit Management: Liaise with Customs and PPJK to process loading/unloading permits and secure necessary import permits (e.g., Iron and Steel, Quota PIBB).
- Tariff Optimization: Verify goods, HS codes, and pricing; identify alternatives to minimize import duties.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Contract and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with import restrictions and contract terms.
- Import Planning: Develop and manage Kaltara Project’s import plan, ensuring readiness and tracking progress.
- Reporting & Issue Resolution: Provide weekly progress reports and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth importation.
- Export Planning: Contribute to export planning for the upcoming year.
5. Strategi Sourcing Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Economics, Accounting, Management, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field (Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management).
- Prior experience in the mining industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in preparing documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in project monitoring.
- Proficiency in conducting Bill of Quantity analysis.
- Willingness to travel to remote site locations for business purposes.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive purchase requests from users and ensure the requirements are clearly understood and mutually agreed upon.
- Conduct vendor sourcing from the approved vendor list and evaluate the feasibility of potential vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the availability of goods or services at competitive prices, with appropriate delivery times and quality standards.
- Provide education to vendors on taxation, government regulations, and company procedures.
- Consistently and promptly prepare reports for submission to the government.
